Torremolinos has a long history as one of Spain's most welcoming destinations for the LGBTQIA+ community — and every late May and early June, that reputation takes centre stage. Torremolinos Pride 2026 (officially Orgullo Gay Torremolinos) runs from 26 May to 6 June, packing 12 days with concerts, drag shows, beach parties, and the town's most anticipated civic march.
The 2026 edition carries the theme “Donde se siembra cultura, florece la libertad” — Where culture is sown, freedom flourishes — with an emphasis on Pride as both a celebration and a cultural statement rooted in the town's own history as a refuge for LGBTQIA+ people from the Franco era onwards.
The festival opens on Tuesday 26 May at the Centro Cultural Pablo Ruiz Picasso with the official LGTBIQ+ flag-raising ceremony and the pregón — a ceremonial address traditionally delivered by a guest of honour. This year’s pregonera is Satín Greco, winner of the fifth edition of Drag Race España, who officially opens the festival. Torremolinos Pride Opening Ceremony 2026
The festival’s signature evening events take place at the Centro Cultural Pablo Ruiz Picasso, where nightly headline concert galas are scheduled for the closing days of the festival. Torremolinos Pride: Headline Concerts at the Cultural Centre
The 2026 headline acts are Miss Caffeina, Agoney, and Alba Reche — three of Spain's most celebrated artists — each headlining their own spectacular gala. The supporting programme includes Rosalinda Galán, Las Jessis, Danny Beard, Aiko, La Prohibida, Ángelo Néstore, Varry Brava, Nebulossa, E’feme, Falete, and more. Each evening also features drag performances — and, for the first time at Torremolinos Pride, drag kings and join the bill. The galas are hosted by , , , , and .

The Cultural Centre is also where the Pride Parade arrives on 6 June, and the closing gala that night doubles as the festival’s ceremonial farewell.
Away from the formal galas, Plaza de la Nogalera — the bar-lined square that is the traditional heart of Torremolinos’ LGBT+ nightlife — is the place to be throughout the entire festival. Torremolinos Pride: Concerts & Entertainment at La Nogalera
For all 12 days, the plaza and its surrounding terraces buzz with DJ sets, impromptu drag performances, community stalls, artisan markets, and the kind of free-spirited Pride energy that has made La Nogalera famous. There are no tickets and no fixed programme — just a living, breathing social hub open to everyone.
The parade is the centrepiece — and the finish line — of the whole festival. On Saturday 6 June, the march departs from Plaza Blas Infante (outside the Town Hall) at 17:00, moving through the town centre streets before arriving at the Centro Cultural Pablo Ruiz Picasso. The route draws tens of thousands of participants and spectators. At the Cultural Centre, the march closes with the official reading of the Pride Manifesto — a formal statement on equality and LGBTQIA+ rights that has become a fixture of the Torremolinos programme.
Getting there: Torremolinos is well connected by the C-1 commuter rail (Cercanías) from Málaga, with La Nogalera a 10-minute walk from Torremolinos station. Trains run from Málaga Centro-Alameda roughly every 20 minutes.
Accommodation: Pride week is one of the busiest periods of the year in Torremolinos — book as early as possible. The La Carihuela and Bajondillo beachfront areas fill up quickly, as does anywhere within walking distance of La Nogalera.
Tickets: The concert galas and parade are free to attend. Individual club nights and circuit events at private venues will have their own entry arrangements.
